Customer calling application<\/h2>\n

TiVA Teller app, Very light application, Installed in agents \/ tellers PC\u2019s. login using user name and password to protect unauthorized access for security.<\/p>\n

Teller should logging to this application to start sharing TiVA QMS services, Teller will call the next available number based on the token available for service.<\/p>\n

Simply click the \u201cNext customer\u201d to call next available number through wall board.<\/p>\n
